3. Third-Party AI Service & Data Processing

Vemra utilizes trusted third-party artificial intelligence service provider OpenRouter to support core AI photo rendering and scene fusion capabilities.

Only the minimum required facial and portrait image data will be transmitted to OpenRouter solely for the purpose of completing your requested image generation task. We ensure that OpenRouter maintains equivalent or higher global data protection and security compliance standards as required by global privacy regulations.

No user personal data will be provided to any other third parties for advertising, profiling or independent data mining purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure Scenarios

We will only share your personal information under the following limited and defined circumstances:

Task-only necessary data transfer to OpenRouter AI service provider to complete your photo generation request;
If required by law, court order, or governmental legal investigation demand;
To protect the legitimate rights, property and safety of Vemra, our users or the general public;
In the event of business restructuring, merger or acquisition, with continued identical privacy protection obligations.

What facial data does this application collect?

Vemra only processes and collects temporary facial landmark positioning data, facial proportion metadata, and the original portrait photo image you actively upload or capture within the app. We do not collect permanent facial biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates or unique facial signature data.

All intended uses of collected facial data

Precise detection and alignment of your portrait to match perspective of selected travel destination background;
Realistic natural edge blending, lighting correction and shadow matching between your face and target scene;
Generate high-fidelity, natural looking integrated travel style final photographs;
Render accurate instant preview effect for your generation result;
No facial data will be used for user identification, tracking, or any purpose unrelated to photo editing.

Is facial data shared with third parties? Where is data stored?

Facial and portrait data is only shared with our designated AI processing partner OpenRouter, exclusively for the one-time generation of your requested image. All temporary processing data is securely hosted and stored on encrypted servers located in compliant global data centers. No permanent external third-party storage of your facial data is performed.

How long will facial data be retained?

All uploaded original images, temporary facial processing data and intermediate files are permanently deleted from our system and OpenRouter servers immediately after your final photo generation task is fully completed. We do not retain your facial data or uploaded portraits on an ongoing long-term basis. Only final generated photos saved locally on your personal device will remain in your control.
