Terms of Service

By accessing, downloading, installing or using the Vemra mobile application and all related services, features, content and website provided by us (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Service immediately.

1. Service Overview

Vemra is an intelligent travel photo editing application designed for personal creative use only. Our core service allows users to capture new photos or upload existing personal portrait images, select from a wide range of global travel destination scenes including Paris, Bali and other famous locations, and utilize AI technology to seamlessly blend user portraits into selected travel backgrounds to generate customized travel-style photographs. Additional supported functions include real-time result preview, one-click export and social sharing of generated content. All services are provided on an as-available basis for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purpose.

2. User Account Rules

You may use certain basic functions of Vemra without registering an account. For advanced features, you may be required to create and maintain a valid personal account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your personal account.
You agree not to create accounts by unauthorized means, share, sell, rent or transfer your account to any third party without our explicit written permission.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use this service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate unverified, fraudulent or improperly maintained user accounts at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

When using Vemra, you agree that you will NOT:

Use the service for any illegal, infringing, obscene, harmful, harassing or commercially unauthorized purposes;
Upload photos, portraits or materials that you do not own the legal right and authorization to use;
Generate content that infringes upon the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third person;
Attempt to interfere, disrupt, hack, damage or compromise the security, functionality or server system of our application;
Copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our AI technology, application software and underlying algorithm framework;
Misuse generated content for misleading, fraudulent or identity impersonation activities.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership of your original uploaded photos, portraits and personal user content. By uploading content to Vemra, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process, render, generate and display your customized output content for the sole purpose of providing you the requested photo generation service.

All generated AI composite photos created through our service are granted to you for personal, non-commercial usage rights. Vemra and its licensed partners retain all right, title and interest in the application software, underlying AI models, scene templates, design elements, trademarks and all related intellectual property of the Service. You may not reproduce, redistribute or resell our platform assets in any form. We do not claim ownership over your original personal user uploaded materials.

5. Paid Subscription & Payment Terms

Vemra may offer optional premium paid subscriptions, one-time purchase credits and advanced feature unlock services. All pricing details will be clearly displayed within the application prior to purchase confirmation.
All payments made are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection laws.
Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is turned off manually by you at least 24 hours before the current period ends within your device account settings.
We reserve the right to adjust service pricing, modify premium feature contents with reasonable prior notice to active subscribed users.

6. Service Modification & Termination

We reserve the right at our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, discontinue or restrict any part of our Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time, with or without prior notice to users. We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

We may immediately terminate or restrict your access to Vemra, without advance notice, if we determine you have violated any clauses stated within these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our service will cease immediately, and you may lose access to all previously generated content and account data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE VEMRA SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS. We do not guarantee that the service will always operate uninterrupted, error-free, secure or completely accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by governing law, Vemra shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits arising out of your access to or use of our application service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your resident jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute, disagreement or claim arising from these terms or your use of the Vemra service, you first agree to attempt resolution through good faith direct communication with our support team. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent local courts of your region.

9. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise, amend or update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When changes are made, we will publish the updated version inside the application interface and update the effective date listed at the top of this agreement. Your continued use of the Vemra application after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of all revised new terms.
